Yikes...

Oh my Lord. This is so lame. Am having a REALLY tough time finding the time and motivation to get out there. Not so good when the run is just a few weeks away....

The sad thing is that weekends are extremely busy these days. It's football season, and there are many social engagements on top of it all. Yikes! Will have to find a way. Why is trying to fit everything in so difficult? Hmph. Help! Anyone! Suggestions???

  2. My suggestion Nicole is that you don't get too hard on yourself. Running and exercising is only one part of getting in shape, right? Days that you find it too hard to get out for a run make healthy choices in other parts of your day. If you know that you won't be tying up the runners, then be sure to eat well that day, or while you wait for your class to start, or if you have a break during the day, do some squats or lunges in your classroom. It really only takes 5 mins and it will get your heart rate up and trust me, you will have trouble walking the next day!
    The days that you do get out for a run, make it a good one!
