Ok.....I'm in trouble now.....Haven't been "out there" since last Thursday....that's 8 days folks. Seems back to school has been a little rough and I'm having trouble finding time to "just get out there". Am going to have to revise my plan of a 5:00am start 'cause I just can't drag my sorry ass out of bed that early...especially now that it's still dark out at that time. Maybe after work will work. I could just make sure the kids have a hefty snack when they get home from school, wait for my almost-teenie bopper to get home and just go then. After supper? Ahhh no. By then all I want to do is get comfy, play or chat with the kids and RELAX.
The thing is I know it's a vicious cycle. Very tired and little energy (not to mention time) to get out there, but if I just do it, I'll have more energy! Hmph....frustrating, but must find a solution. I've already registered for the run....YIKES!!!! Time to get back to it....come on lazy ass...stop with the excuses....and just get out there already!
