Window was wide open and I seized the moment! Did it. The whole 5km. Sister-no hair......everywhere will be happy to know that!
I think I ran just over half of it. Dead legs for the first 1.5 km, and then the further I went along, the better I felt. My i-pod was dead, so I had no choice but to hear my breathing - something I dislike tremendously, but it was okay. Got past that and liked the rhythm of it by the end.
The good news is that I have planned my meals for the week as well as 2 days worth of classes. Talk about multi-tasking!!
Beautiful sunny weather - not too hot, not too cold, and a hint of leaves turning. Man I love this time of year!

WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEEEEHAAAAAA!!!! Very proud of you sister with lots of hair...on her head!!!!! I on the other hand..have not been out since friday...tomorrow will be tough!!!
